Regretfully we have had to cease production of our RAINBOWNAMES. All existing orders will be honoured but no new orders will be accepted. This is due to us being unable to find satisfactory, certified, child safe paints to replace some existing colours which have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
We are currently developing some new name products which will be available shortly.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we hope to be able to resume making the names at some point in the future.

Hello and welcome to Rainbow Names, the internet home of Carol and Stephen Ogden.
A family business, we have been providing our eclectic range of wooden toys, personalised gifts, and names to customers across the length and breadth of Britain for over twenty years.
We have also changed the material we use to make our names from MDT to Birch Plywood which makes them lighter but stronger and introduced two new colour options, pink stripe and blue stripe.
We trade on York Market on Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year and on Sundays between March and December with our complete range. In addition to the market, on dry weekends and holidays throughout the year Stephen transforms himself into “Pedally Steve” and cuts his unique "Pedal Powered Names" on the corner of St Sampson's Square (map).
